Description
Evil Flame is a fire breath attack that burns everything in a cone shaped
radius. This skill is very similar to a dragon's breath and just as deadly.
Bonuses
Evil Flame does extra damage to Icer players and Undead MOBs.
Evil Flame does increased damage when you and your target are below 50% powerlevel.(rage*4,000 + level)
While in Unleash Hatred at 100 Rage, Evil Flame does increased damage.(str*300)
Evil Flame can give [Pl +3] [Ki +1] on use.

Base Damage: str * 1,400 + int * 540 + level * 2(if attacking an Icer/Undead MOB: str * 2,900 instead)
Unleash Fury Damage: str * 3,200 + int * 1,300 + level * 2(if attacking an Icer/Undead MOB: str * 6,100 instead)
Ki Cost
Base Ki Cost: 6,000
Unleash Fury Ki Cost: 21,000
Evil Flame costs more ki to use when you and your target are below 50% powerlevel.(rage*200)
